Coupa, the leading platform for autonomous spend management, today announced its latest product release, which drives better business outcomes utilizing the full power of AI, using real-time market intelligence and agents to orchestrate and connect spend decisions and workflows.

Since Coupa’s first release of Navi agents in May 2025, over 450 customers are using Coupa agents in production, with many seeing up to a 50% reduction in requisition cycle times and 40% reduction in sourcing cycle times. In just five weeks in production, Coupa’s Navi™ Payment Batch Creation Agent autonomously ran fourteen payment batches with 2,395 payments totaling $20.1 million. With an approximate cost of $27 in AI credits, one company saved $2,000 in AP staff spend alone in one week, enabling them to focus their team on the work that matters most.
