“Sterling Point” has been renewed for Season 2 at Amazon Prime Video, Variety has learned.

The news comes just over two weeks after the YA series premiered on Aug. 5. It has been well received by critics, with the first season holding a 90% critical approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

“It’s been an absolute joy to see the appreciation and love for the show,” said series creator, co-showrunner and executive producer Megan Park. “We worked so hard to make the show as authentic as possible and to see audiences respond to that has been thrilling. We cannot wait to dive deeper into these characters and deliver the best second season ever!”
