QNET, a global lifestyle and wellness company that operates through a direct-selling model, is reshaping its African leadership structure and increasing its focus on artificial intelligence, distributor education and compliance as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

The company has appointed two regional general managers to oversee its African operations, bringing senior decision-making closer to customers, independent distributors and regulators across the continent.

Cherif Sarr has been named regional general manager for Central and West Africa, while Jared Thwaits will oversee East and Southern Africa.

The appointments form part of a broader leadership overhaul that QNET says is designed to modernise its business, improve customer experience, strengthen its product portfolio and respond to changing consumer expectations.

The company is also positioning technology and artificial intelligence as key parts of the transformation.
