Choosing a payment gateway for a Flutter app in India is not a coding problem. The Flutter side is nearly identical across gateways — a SDK call, a result callback, a webhook your server verifies. The real decision is business: settlement cycles, UPI AutoPay support, international card coverage, fee structures, and how painful the onboarding KYC is. Pick wrong and you find out three months in, when a payment fails, a settlement is delayed, or your international customers cannot pay at all.
