A Kenyan mum has left netizens in stitches after giving an unexpected twist to the “bag ni ya nini?” trend that has taken social media by storm.
In a video shared by Nairobi Juice, a woman is heard coaching another woman on how to respond to the now-famous question, “Bag ni ya nini?” She instructs her to answer, “Alele mtoto,” in reference to the viral phrase.
However, the woman innocently gives the question her own interpretation, explaining that she does not have a child to raise and that her bag serves a different purpose.
“Sina mtoto wa kulea, bag ni ya kubeba Biblia,” she responds as she rummages through her bag, seemingly looking for something.
