Free balloons in town On Thursday 20 August the festival’s Noche de las Luces comes into Quito for the first time, free, at three sites at once.
Thursday in La Mariscal Los Jueves de Agosto runs Thursday 20 August from 5pm to about 9pm across the neighbourhood. Most of it is free; anything that is not is priced in the programme.
