Tottenham Hotspur is in advanced talks to sign both Savinho and Omar Marmoush from Manchester City during the 2026 summer transfer window. Tottenham are reportedly offering around £70 million for Brazilian winger Savinho and roughly €60 million (£51 million) for Egyptian forward Marmoush. If both deals close, the combined outlay could exceed £120 million.
A second run at Savinho
This is not Tottenham’s first attempt at landing Savinho. Spurs tabled a £60 million bid for the Brazilian during the summer of 2025, only for Manchester City to reject the offer and promptly lock the player down with a six-year contract extension. The new offer of £70 million represents a significant increase, roughly a 17% premium over last summer’s rejected bid.
Marmoush as the missing piece
The Egyptian forward moved to Manchester City and has shown versatility that De Zerbi reportedly admires strongly. At Tottenham, Marmoush would be expected to battle Dominic Solanke for starting minutes through the center of the attack. Tottenham’s ongoing talks with Marmoush’s representatives indicate the negotiations have progressed beyond an exploratory phase.
