Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Rizwan Arshad alleged on Saturday that the BJP’s IT cell had taught the youth to use abusive language.He alleged that it was the job of the BJP’s IT cell to abuse those who speak the truth and slander those who speak against the BJP’s ideology.He was speaking after inaugurating the 51st annual conference of the Udupi Block Youth Congress Committee in Udupi.“Prime Minister Narendra Modi should first inquire into his party’s IT cell. He should give instructions not to defame or disrespect anyone,” he said.“The BJP workers are committing atrocities on teenage girls and filing cases against them. I have never seen such a weak leadership, government, and party,” the Minister said.Udupi District Congress Committee president Ashok Kumar Kodavoor, Udupi Block Youth Congress president Sajjan Shetty, Udupi Block Congress president Ramesh Kanchan and others were present.
