MANILA, Philippines – The city government of San Juan, led by Mayor Francis Zamora, has completed the first phase of the distribution of emergency go bags to households across the city, marking another milestone in its continuing efforts to strengthen household-level disaster preparedness and emergency response.

The distribution for District 1 barangays was held on August 12, 2026, while the distribution for District 2 barangays was held on August 13, 2026, both at the San Juan City Hall Atrium.

Each emergency go bag contains essential safety, emergency, and first aid supplies designed to help families respond to disasters, calamities, and other emergency situations.

The city government aims to provide emergency go bags to all 45,000 households in the city.
