Jif unveiled refreshed packaging this week, marking the first major redesign of the peanut butter brand's look in more than 30 years.
The updated design refreshes Jif's long-standing red, blue, and green tri-color logo — stripping away what the company called an outdated drop shadow on the lettering — to give the brand a sharper look both on store shelves and in digital retail environments. New packaging will also feature images intended to suggest snacking occasions beyond the traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich, the company said.
