Tyler Duckworth, the MTV reality star who competed on six seasons of The Challenge and appeared on The Real World: Key West, died at the age of 44 earlier this week in North Dakota. News of Duckworth’s death came from his mother, Joni, who posted about it on Facebook on Thursday. “My son, Tyler, passed away earlier this week,” she wrote, per People. “Cause of death has yet to be determined.”
