Tyler Duckworth, who competed on six seasons of reality show “The Challenge” and also appeared on MTV’s “The Real World: Key West,” has died in North Dakota. He was 44.
His mother Joni announced his death on Facebook Thursday and said that a cause of death was not yet known.
Duckworth joined the MTV family as a castmember on 'The Real World: Key West' in 2006.
Duckworth won two of the four seasons he competed on MTV’s “The Challenge.” He was found dead at his North Dakota home.
