Orlando Pirates midfield general Thalente Mbatha is struggling with an injury.
Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has provided an injury update on Thalente Mbatha and Evidence Makgopa after both players missed in the club’s latest fixtures.
Ouaddou was speaking after Pirates were held to a draw by AmaZulu in their Betway Premiership encounter at Kings Park Stadium on Wednesday.
Mbatha was unavailable for the trip to Durban, while Makgopa is yet to feature for the Buccaneers this season.
The Pirates coach revealed that both players are still dealing with injuries carried over from last season and are currently being assessed by the club’s medical team.
