The February 25, 2026 guidance assumed annual environmental emergency response revenue of $50.0 million to $70.0 million. On the February 26, 2026 call, CEO Vijay Manthripragada stated that organic revenue growth of "7% to 9% remains our long-term expectation. And for 2026, we expect to be at the high end of that range." On May 6, 2026, the Company stated the "[r]evenue guidance range of $840.0 million to $900.0 million is unchanged."

Q2 2026 revenue came in at $186.7 million, down 20.4% year over year. Management attributed the shortfall primarily to unusually low emergency response and recovery activity, and also cited lower pass-through revenue and temporary regulatory waivers affecting some air-testing work. Onterris also disclosed a Board strategic review. Levi & Korsinsky is investigating potential securities law violations concerning these guidance statements.
