TENX Investor Alert: Levi & Korsinsky Notifies Investors of Investigation Into Tenax Therapeutics (TENX)
Tenax Therapeutics investors saw the stock decline by roughly 84% to 85% in a single session after the Phase 3 LEVEL trial of TNX-103 failed to meet its primary and key secondary endpoints. Levi & Korsinsky is investigating potential securities law violations on behalf of TENX shareholders.
A single clinical readout drove Tenax Therapeutics (NASDAQ: TENX) shares down approximately 84% to 85% shareholder after the Company disclosed that its Phase 3 LEVEL trial of TNX-103 in PH-HFpEF missed both its primary and key secondary endpoints. The magnitude of the decline reflects the importance of TNX-103 to Tenax’s business. The Company was pre-revenue, and TNX-103 was its lead clinical program. The LEVEL trial produced a 3.5-meter placebo-adjusted improvement in six-minute walk distance -- not statistically significant -- along with no meaningful difference from placebo on the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire symptom score. Topline data had been guided to August 2026, previously the third quarter of 2026.
