A regulatory filing on Thursday revealed that Elon Musk owned a 48.4% stake in SpaceX as of June 30, with his position valued at more than $900 billion at current market prices, according to Reuters.

According to the filing, Musk holds 6.42 billion shares over which he exercises sole voting and dispositive power. Of that total, 849.5 million are Class A shares held in trusts with Musk as trustee; 3.92 billion are Class B shares in those same trusts; 1.30 billion are restricted Class B shares Musk holds directly; and options account for another 350 million Class B shares.
