Elon Musk's SpaceX Stake Worth $906.9 Billion As Filing Reveals 48.4% Ownership, But He Says 'Bunch of It

Elon Musk’s stake in Space Exploration Technologies Corp (NASDAQ:SPCX) is valued at nearly $906.9 billion based on the company’s latest share price.

Elon Musk Holds 48.4% of SpaceX Musk held a 48.4% stake in SpaceX as of June 30, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday, giving him sole voting and dispositive power over 6.42 billion shares.

However, Musk pushed back on X, pointing out that some of the shares included in the calculation are subject to vesting conditions.
