Realty firm Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has reported a more than two-fold increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹23.93 crore for the quarter ended June on better revenue amid rising demand of flexible managed office spaces.Its profit was at ₹10.03 crore in the year-ago period.Total income rose to ₹448.87 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal from ₹353.04 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.Awfis has 251 coworking centres across 18 cities with 1.7 lakh seats.
