EXCLUSIVE: Broadcaster Vanessa Feltz has been a staple of British TV for over 30 years and the presenter has shared her favourite and least favourite guest from over the decades09:08, 14 Aug 2026Television icon Vanessa Feltz is set to grace our screens once again as she launches her YouTube channel.‌Following in the footsteps of pal Holly Willoughby, the 64-year-old broadcaster kicks off her latest project At Home With Vanessa after over 30 years in the showbiz world.‌Vanessa famously replaced Paula Yates on Channel 4's morning show The Big Breakfast in 1996, presenting a regular item where she interviewed celebrities whilst lying on a bed, and in 1999 she moved to the BBC to host The Vanessa Show.‌Last year, the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant began hosting a rebooted version of Vanessa on Channel 5 as part of daytime talk show spin-off Jeremy Vine but she learned in June that her beloved programme had been axed and the final episode aired last month.Just weeks after saying farewell to her loyal viewers, Vanessa has opened the front door to her home, which she affectionally calls Feltz Towers, where she's built her own studio for the new YouTube series.‌Ahead of the first episode dropping online today (Friday, August 14), Vanessa has opened up on her favourite and least favourite guest from over the years and she didn't hold back. When pressed on her favourite ever guest, Vanessa said on behalf of BetWright Casino: "Jeff Goldblum on The Big Breakfast Bed. Handsome, tall, gorgeous, irresistible, hilarious, great voice, brilliant dancer. He kept getting up off the bed every second to either do a painting or play the piano because he's a concert-level pianist."‌"He was dancing, he was singing, he was playing the piano, he was funny, he was sexy, he was absolutely gorgeous and I would have run away with him. Unfortunately, he didn't ask me, but he did ask me to a party that night to which I very stupidly took my then-husband. What an idiot."However, Vanessa pulled no punches when revealing her least favourite guest, confessing: "I would say Miss Piggy because she was so rude. Miss Piggy was a temperamental and rude character, but it was so funny because the puppeteer, Frank Oz, was the most charming person on earth. When he was Miss Piggy, not nice."‌Miss Piggy is a Muppet character known for her breakout role in the sketch comedy television series The Muppet Show. She is notable for her temperamental diva superstar personality, her tendency to use French phrases in her speech, and practicing karate.Focusing on her new project, Vanessa said: "I hope At Home With Vanessa lends itself to a show that isn't just people sitting on a sofa looking very formal, talking about something in a very formal way. I hope it's kind of looser, more fun and more unpredictable than that."There's going to be lots of behind the scenes and lots of what's going on while we're getting ready to show it. It's going to be a pacier, livelier, a bit more unexpected and a bit more unpredictable than the usual sort of chat show. That's what I'm hoping anyway."Article continues belowAt Home With Vanessa is available to watch on YouTube from Friday, August 17
