The Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has identified a Russian mercenary from the Philippines who was killed in Donetsk region.
According to Ukrinform, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
"Ukrainian military intelligence has identified a Russian mercenary from the Philippines who was killed — Jeric Jumadil Undol, born on March 5, 1989, a native of the Manila metropolitan area," the statement said.
Undol obtained a Russian visa on January 22 and arrived in Moscow Region on April 18, where he immediately began the process of signing a contract.
The mercenary was housed at the Avangard center, an institution focused on military-patriotic education for young people.
