The Ukrainian government is preparing measures to protect Ukrainian businesses from Russian attacks.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Ihor Klymenko said this on Telegram following a meeting with Ukrainian business representatives.

"Russia's massive strikes on Ukrainian warehouses and logistics centers are one of the most serious challenges for our economy and yet another manifestation of Russian terrorism. We must respond to these challenges, support businesses and strengthen the protection of logistics infrastructure. I held a meeting with representatives of Ukrainian businesses, which was also attended by Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Oleksii Sobolev, Minister for Restoration, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine Mykola Kalashnyk, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment, the Deputy Head of the State Tax Service, military representatives and the State Emergency Service," Klymenko said.

He stressed that the main task now is to coordinate the efforts of the state and businesses and develop concrete solutions to protect critical facilities. According to Klymenko, the government is already working on additional support mechanisms for businesses affected by the attacks, diversifying logistics routes and identifying backup locations.
