Ukrainian soldiers from the 412th Nemesis Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces "destroyed" a U.S. armored brigade during military exercises in Germany this spring.

According to the newspaper's sources, during the Combined Resolve exercises, Ukrainian drone operators were able to easily detect and defeat U.S. troops and armored vehicles.
U.S. troops were tasked with attacking positions defended by a simulated enemy supported by the Unmanned Systems Forces. The attacking force was equipped with standard electronic warfare (EW) and counter-drone systems.
One participant in the exercises said that heavy armored vehicles raised clouds of dust, making them easy for Ukrainian drones to detect. Another source noted that the drones "destroyed" the vehicles so quickly that U.S. vehicles had to be repeatedly brought back into the exercise as new units so that the training could continue.
