The Coimbatore District Small Industries Association (CODISSIA) will organise the eighth edition of Elektrotec 2026, an exhibition of electrical and electronic products, from August 21 to 24 focusing on automation, electric vehicles, and artificial intelligence.Association president V. Rangaswamy said the event with 260 stalls and 220 exhibitors will also have participants from 14 States. Solar energy, EVs, automation, AI and allied segments have received thrust this year.Renergy Coimbatore 2026 (on sustainable energy) and RE Vehicle Expo 2026 (on e-vehicles) will be the concurrent events. The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all the four days at three halls of CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex.There will be seminars and workshops as part of the expo. G.A. Pathanjali, Managing Director of High Energy Batteries, will inaugurate the exhibition, and Mohammed Rihan, Director General of the National Institute of Solar Energy, will be the guest of honour.“The event is growing every year with larger number of participants,” he said.
