Circle Internet Group is inviting investors and the crypto community to grill its CEO directly. The company has scheduled a live Ask Me Anything session with co-founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire for August 19 at 9 AM ET, streaming simultaneously on X and YouTube.
The timing is deliberate. Circle released its Q2 2026 earnings on August 5, and the numbers tell two different stories depending on which line you read first.
A tale of two metrics
Circle posted revenue of roughly $701.3 million for the quarter, a 6.6% increase compared to the same period last year. For a company that went public on the NYSE under the ticker CRCL, steady top-line growth is exactly what you want to show Wall Street.
The bottom line told a different story. Earnings per share came in at $0.18, meaningfully below the consensus estimate of $0.26.
