Bond 26 During his recent appearance on The Rest is Entertainment podcast (via World of Reel), producer and author Richard Osman stated that actor Jack Lowden is “being strongly considered” to take over the role of James Bond in Amazon’s Bond 26. The name I’ve heard is Jack Lowden. It is definitively not a ‘he’s definitely got it’ thing. He is definitely being strongly considered. I think he’d be amazing. Cotton Eye Joe Deadline reports Sean Gunn and Bill Moseley are attached to star in Cotton Eye Joe, a slasher film based on the popular folk song from Dolly director Brandon Weavil. The story is said to follow “four friends that break down on a deserted country road and seek refuge in desolate farmland only to awaken the brutal legend of Cotton Eye Joe. As night falls, survival becomes a desperate game of cat and mouse at the hands of a relentless serial killer.” Buddy Bloody-Disgusting reports Casper Kelly’s Buddy has been rated R for “bloody violence, some drug content and language – all involving children.” Onslaught The official Onslaught Instagram page has released no fewer than eight character posters for Adam Wingard’s follow-up to The Guest. Beware Boiúna Lionsgate has also released three new “victim” posters for Beware Boiúna, in which the giant snake eats celebrity animals Jimothy, Punch, and Moo Deng. Gator Face Vacationers in Florida fall into the hands of an alligator-worshipping cult in the trailer for Gator Face, available on VOD this September 15.
