Bien emerges as East Africa’s collabo king on Spotify with 'Finale,' 'Ayayaah' [Courtesy]
Kenyan singer Bien has emerged as one of the biggest beneficiaries of East Africa’s growing cross-border music movement, featuring in two of the top five collaborations on Spotify’s Global Impact List for the first half of 2026.
Bien leads the rankings with “Finale”, his collaboration with Tanzanian singer Alikiba.
He also features at number two with “AYAYAAH”, alongside Uganda’s Joshua Baraka and Rwanda’s ELEMENT EleéeH.
The two tracks are among five collaborations highlighted by Spotify as examples of artists from different East African markets combining sounds, cultures and audiences.
