I've covered countless murder trials, but the trial of Simon Levy is truly disturbing because his crimes simply didn't have to happen.Despite assaulting women in 2018 who identified him to authorities, he was allowed to roam free for seven years - going on to brutally murder two innocent mothers.Here is why this case is an absolute travesty of the British justice system, and why, if he had been stopped sooner, those women would still be alive today.
