EFFURUN, Delta State Prospective students who missed the first Post UTME screening exercise of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, FUPRE, have been given another chance to pursue admission into the institution for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The university has announced a supplementary screening exercise scheduled for August 24 and 25, providing a fresh opportunity for qualified candidates who were unable to participate in the initial exercise held between July 21 and 25.

The latest admission window also accommodates candidates who initially selected other institutions but now wish to make FUPRE their first choice through the prescribed change of institution process.

Registration for the supplementary screening will close on Sunday, August 23, with candidates required to complete the process through the university’s admission portal and pay a screening fee of N2,000.

FUPRE stipulated a minimum UTME score of 160 for candidates seeking to participate in the exercise.Applicants are also required to have selected FUPRE as their first choice or successfully changed their institution of choice to the university.
