The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, has commenced registration for its supplementary Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session, offering eligible candidates another opportunity to seek admission into the institution.
The Registrar of the university, Dr E. Jane Omoyine, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists in Warri on Monday.
According to the statement, the supplementary screening is targeted at candidates who missed the initial Post-UTME screening exercise held from July 21 to 25, 2026, as well as those seeking to change their institution of choice to FUPRE and participate in its admission process.
The university said registration would close on Sunday, August 23, while the supplementary screening exercise would hold on Monday, August 24, and Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
The statement read in part, “Candidates are required to complete their registration through the University’s admission portal, https://utme.fupre.edu.ng, at a screening fee of ₦2,000.
