LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – Former Pangasinan Vice Governor Oscar B. Lambino has passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest on Tuesday afternoon. He was 75.
Lambino served as vice governor from 1998 to 2007, and as mayor of Malasiqui town from 1986 to 1998
After retiring from government service, Lambino served the Catholic church in different capacities, said the Pangasinan People’s Council, one of the council’s co-founders, in its social media post.
