Mumbai-based RIR Power Electronics Limited reported a strong first quarter for FY2026-27, with standalone revenue rising 29.28 per cent year-on-year to ₹27.16 crore from ₹21.01 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit after tax surged 80.59 per cent to ₹3.14 crore compared to ₹1.74 crore in the same period last year.Adjusted EBITDA climbed 62.87 per cent to ₹4.71 crore, with margins expanding 357 basis points to 17.32 per cent. PAT margin improved to 11.23 per cent from 8.14 per cent a year ago. On a sequential basis, the numbers were equally sharp, PAT more than doubled (+126 per cent) over Q4 FY26’s ₹1.39 crore.The company, listed on BSE (517035) and NSE (RIR), made its NSE debut on July 16, 2026. The stock closed at ₹176.80 on Wednesday, August 12, with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹1,396.50 crore. The scrip hit a 52-week high of ₹185.99 just a day earlier on August 11.On the corporate side, the company appointed Ankit Shah as its Chief Financial Officer and inducted Vivek Patel as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
