Kenya Airways plans to increase its fleet from 32 aircraft to 67 by 2030 and 100 by 2035. Passenger numbers are projected to grow from 5.2 million currently to 9 million by 2030.
The expansion follows the return of the airline’s Boeing 777 to its fleet on July 17, 2026, after a decade-long absence. The 400-seat wide-body aircraft is now operating between Nairobi and London Heathrow.
