WATCH: Auditor says OVP activities were part of intelligence gathering

MANILA, Philippines – Defense counsel Kristine Ferrer asks state auditor Xylene Del Campo during Day 15 of Vice President Sara Duterte to read activities listed in OVP’s Protective Intelligence Operations Report, which was submitted in response to the Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM).

As Ferrer points to a timeline of activities in the document, she asked Del Campo whether the listed activities constituted intelligence gathering or were part of the OVP’s regular administrative work.
