Which NBA draft class was better: 1996 or 2003? Topps Chrome basketball debuted in 1996, and by 2003, collectors had more refractor options. Still, the cards come from the same brand and share a similar look. All sales data are sourced from public sales records tracked by Card Ladder.The 1996 NBA ClassFew NBA Draft classes can match 1996, which featured three MVPs and five Hall of Famers.
