The NHTSA says the low-beam headlights on certain Model 3 and Model Y vehicles may reduce visibility for oncoming drivers and raise crash risk

The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced Tuesday that Tesla $TSLA has issued a recall covering 20,349 vehicles whose low-beam headlights have been found to emit excessive light.
The recall covers certain Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, according to the NHTSA. The agency warned that headlights producing too much light can impair the vision of drivers in opposing lanes, increasing the likelihood of a collision.
