ActionSA Ethekwini Municipality Mayoral Candidate
ActionSA leader in KwaZulu-Natal, Zwakele Mncwango, has outlined a 10-point plan to fix eThekwini Municipality should he be elected in the upcoming mayoral election.
Mncwango was unveiled as the party’s mayoral candidate this past weekend. The country is heading towards the next local government elections on November 4 this year. In his address, Mncwango stated that his priority would be to improve the performance of the municipality on various fronts, including service delivery, asserting that eThekwini is a city of extraordinary potential.
“Our city has extraordinary potential, yet too many residents wake up every day to dry taps, broken roads, unemployment, crime, and a municipality that has forgotten who it serves.
“Today, I present ActionSA's 10-point plan to fix eThekwini. The first five commitments are our non-negotiable conditions for any coalition government because they place residents before politics.
