Trump Media and Technology Group Corp.

(NASDAQ:DJT) said more than 10 customers are now paying for faster access to Truth Social posts, as scrutiny widens over the service’s ability to give traders an early look at potentially market-moving posts from President Donald Trump.

'Criticism is Misinformed' Trump Media said during its second-quarter earnings call on Monday that it has signed more than 10 customer agreements between $60,000 and $100,000 a month for licensed access to publicly available Truth Social posts.

The company said Truth API delivers machine-readable feeds of posts from top Truth Social accounts in milliseconds, allowing customers to receive published posts "fractionally faster" than other users.

Trump Media Interim CEO Kevin McGurn defended the service during the call after criticism that the arrangement could give some traders an unfair advantage.
