Emergency services are on scene," the governor said.Earlier on Tuesday, Russian online retailer Wildberries said its logistics facilities in the Voronezh region had been evacuated in accordance with safety requirements.It later said that the fire at the facility had been extinguished, that goods had not been damaged and that deliveries had been rerouted to other warehouses.Local governor Yevgeny Solntsev also said an industrial enterprise was on fire in Russia's Orenburg region after an attack by "enemy drones". There had been no reports of casualties, he said.The Ukrainian military said it had attacked an oil refinery in Orsk, located in the Orenburg region.Reuters
