Hackers steal data from Beacon CRM affecting personal details stored by Lincoln Cathedral, Lincolnshire leisure centres
Hackers have stolen individuals’ personal data from Beacon CRM, which stores contact details for Lincoln Cathedral and leisure centres in Lincolnshire, the company said.
The intruders accessed systems containing data Beacon CRM processes on behalf of its customers, according to the firm.
The organisations affected said they used Beacon to store data including names, addresses, emails and phone numbers, but not payment or bank account details.
