While all new signings should be registered by the deadline, in effect clubs have a little more leeway.The Premier League allows clubs who have agreed the essential details of a transfer with the selling club and player to submit a ‘dealsheet’ signalling their intentions to complete the signing.That must be filed before the deadline, but the finer details of the paperwork can then be finalised over the subsequent few hours.When does the window close for Premier League clubs?
