Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Legislative Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav, wrote a letter to the Bihar Chief Minister, Samrat Choudhary demanding immediate payment of outstanding salaries for teachers and staff of aided Madrasas and Sanskrit schools.

He also alleged improper transfers of Urdu, Arabic and Persian teachers in Bihar’s government schools and demanded the appointment of Urdu and Sanskrit teachers in every government school.
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) shared the two-page letter on Tuesday (August 11, 2026); however, the letter was written on Monday (August 10, 2026).
