Ahmedabad: The city was caught in a rainy spell on Monday afternoon after several overcast and muggy days.
Between 12 noon and 4pm, the city received 3mm overall, with several areas in the west receiving a good share.
According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), Tuesday could bring light to moderate showers.
Wednesday could be a cloudy day.Monday’s maximum temperature was 29.4 degrees celsius, 2 degrees above normal.
The minimum at 26.8 degrees, too, was higher than normal by 1.5 degrees.
