MANILA, Philippines — Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon could not help but curse when he saw a portion of the newly rehabilitated Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) riddled with potholes.
“P*** naman oh… Ano ba nangyari? Kabago-bago, bakit nagkaganoon?… P*******a talaga… Dapat na-anticipate natin ito eh… Barado eh, oh?” Dizon said on a video posted by the DPWH on social media on Sunday night.
(B****. What happened? It’s brand new, yet it got to this?… Son of a b****, really… We should’ve anticipated this… It’s clogged!)
