LVMH confirmed it sold its share of the whisky venture it formed with Beyoncé in 2024, without disclosing terms
Beyoncé is now the sole owner of SirDavis whisky after French luxury group LVMH sold its stake in the brand to the singer, the company announced Monday, according to Reuters.
LVMH did not say what either party paid or received in the deal.
The two parties launched SirDavis as a joint venture in 2024. The exit fits a wider pattern in which luxury conglomerates have tied up with high-profile artists on spirits and champagne ventures — LVMH, for instance, also has an ownership interest in Armand de Brignac champagne alongside Jay-Z, Beyoncé's husband.
