Saraswathi (44), a resident of Dalmiya Board while she was headed to a grocery shop in a two-wheeler. Previously, on March 26 2026, two men snatched two sovereign gold chain at knifepoint from C. Manikandan (30), while he was in a car at Poonai Karadu near Mallamooppampatti. The Sooramangalam police registered cases regarding the two incidents, and on Sunday arrested R.
