The School Education Department has directed all private school managements to upload their class-wise fee structure, along with supporting documents, on the department’s portal: https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/The exercise is to ensure strict compliance by private unaided schools regarding submission of mandatory records besides checking alleged exorbitant fee hikes year-on-year.According to directions by Director, School Education, E. Naveen Nicolas, Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are to inform and follow up with private school managements to display fee being charged for the current academic year.The deliberations and documents in fixing the fee along with the signatures of the members of the school’s Governing Board, must be uploaded.The officials are further instructed to issue showcause notices to schools that fail to display the fee structure on their notice boards or submit the details on the department’s portal, as per rules.
