The School Education department has directed all Regional Joint Directors of School Education (RJDs) and District Educational Officers (DEOs) to ensure strict compliance by private unaided schools regarding submission of mandatory records.The schools have been instructed to submit Annual Administration Reports (AARs) along with audited statements of accounts, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The statements for the academic years 2023-24 and 2024-25 must be uploaded on the department’s official website by July 30.The department has also directed all private unaided schools to display the class-wise fee structure for the academic year 2026-27 on their notice boards and websites. Officials have been asked to issue immediate show-cause notices to schools failing to submit the required documents within the deadline or display the fee particulars.Schools violating the instructions, it said, will face action, and the officials have been instructed to initiate proceedings against non-compliant institutions.
