The Good Morning Britain star has been absent from screens for a while and has now said when they'll be back on-screen.12:44, 08 Aug 2026A Good Morning Britain reporter has announced when they'll be back.News correspondent Ashna Hurynag has been part of the ITV show since the beginning of the year, having moved from her position on Sky at the end of 2025.Since her new role, viewers have seen her cover a plethora of stories, from the government cracking down on railway fraud, issues on flytipping, the antics of the World Cup and famous weddings.One of which included Taylor Swift's wedding to sports star Travis Kelce, which saw her travel to New York to broadcast live from outside the venue.However, ITV viewers have noticed her absence on the programme lately, with the reporter confirming when she's back, and there's good news for fans.On Instagram, she shared a string of images covering the Swifite wedding, including some behind-the-scenes shots with the camera crew.Content cannot be displayed without consentShe captioned the post: "When Taylor got married, and we pulled a 20-hour, almost all-nighter in New York City to be live on Good Morning Britain & ITV News' programmes!!!"Highlights: Two-ways with Uncle Richard are a GIFT.
