Three more were injured, also including a child,” Tkachenko wrote on Telegram. Falling debris damaged a private home, outbuildings and vehicles, while a fire broke out at a non-residential building, according to Tkachenko. Emergency crews remained at the sites as efforts to deal with the aftermath continued. The casualties came as explosions were heard in both Kyiv and Dnipro during an overnight Russian drone attack. Shortly before the explosions, Ukraine’s Air Force warned of attack drones approaching the capital. “UAVs heading toward Kyiv from the north,” the Air Force reported on Telegram. The military subsequently reported drones moving toward Kyiv from the north and toward Dnipro from the south. Air raid alerts were declared in the capital and several Ukrainian regions as the attack unfolded.
