MANILA, Philippines – The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac) called for a “sharper and collective commitment” to ensure that peace gains are sustained and shortcomings are addressed.
The anti-communist task force made this call during the closing ceremonies of its three-day First Semester CY 2026 Accomplishment Reporting and Strategic Planning Workshop that took place Thursday, its media release said Friday.
